Emergency Care Policy

What happens if your piggy isn't quite right while you're away.

Daily observation

We observe every piggy daily and act on changes early.

If we have a concern, we contact you (or your nominated person) right away.

If urgent care is needed, we follow your nominated vet's guidance. We don't diagnose or treat illness ourselves.

Any vet costs incurred are the owner's responsibility. We'll keep you informed throughout.
